Tim King is a licensed and insured remodeling contractor. His company focuses on residential remodeling throughout DuPage and Kane Counties. Tim has over 20 years experience in the construction trades, specializing in interior finishing.
Over the course of his career, Tim has been an integral part of many detailed projects throughout the Chicagoland area including University Club Chicago, The Art Institute of Chicago, Prentice Women’s Hospital Chicago and Armerding Concert Hall, Wheaton College. In early 2020, Tim opened T.KING Construction Services based in his hometown of Lombard IL to share his wealth of knowledge and experience. BUILD/ENJOY
We make safety and cleanliness a priority during construction.
Your project may be complete but our relationship does not end. We have a 2 year workmanship warranty, double the industry standard. If you have issues we will be there to address them promptly.
